What that means in practice

• We do not screen candidates on any protected characteristic, and we do not pass protected characteristics to employers.
• We do not accept briefs that specify a preference on a protected characteristic, and we remove employers who attempt it.
• We do not ask for date of birth, photographs, marital status or citizenship at the matching stage.
