Send us one brief. Get people, not applications.
Tell us the role, the state and the pay range. We put it in front of people who already told us they want that work. No posting fee, no subscription. You pay only for candidates you accept.
Three steps
Send us the brief
Role, state, shift, pay range, and any dealbreakers. About three minutes on the form below.
We publish and match
It goes live with your pay range and your company name withheld. We match it against our pool in that state and recruit for the gap.
You get candidates, not applications
Contact details, field, experience and availability for people who match the brief. You reach out directly.
You get candidates, not a flood.
A job board sells exposure and leaves you sorting four hundred applications. We send people who already told us they want that work, in that state, at that pay.
Fewer names, far more worth calling.

How pricing works
No subscription, no posting fee, no minimum. You pay per candidate you accept.
Free to brief
Posting a role costs nothing. If we can't find anyone, you pay nothing at all.
Pay per accepted candidate
You're charged only for candidates you accept into your process. Reject one and it's free.
No exclusivity
Keep your job board spend, your agency, your careers page. We're additive, not a replacement.
Cancel any time
Close the brief and we stop. No notice period, no clawback, no annual contract.
Exact rates vary by field and volume. Tell us the role below and we'll quote it.

Employer questions
How is this different from a job board?
A job board sells exposure and leaves you to sort the applications. We send candidates who already told us they want that work, in that state, at that pay. Fewer names, far more worth calling.
Why do you insist on a pay range?
It is the biggest driver of whether candidates respond, and publishing it is the promise this site is built on. If you genuinely can't publish one, talk to us — but we won't run a brief that says “competitive”.
Do you show our company name?
Not until you make contact, unless you ask us to. Most employers prefer it, and it is what makes them comfortable publishing a real range.
What do you actually send us?
Name, contact details, field and specialty, state, work type, and, where the candidate gave them, experience and availability. Nothing they didn't tell us.
How fast is it?
Depends on the field and the state. Warehouse and customer service tend to move within days; specialized clinical and senior technical roles take longer. We tell you honestly when we quote. How the candidate side works.
Short-staffed right now?
